We have a number of students who express interests in having mentors who are in the medical and military fields. We need mentors who have professional and personal interests in finance (money) and personal finance. Also mentors who are willing to share personal experiences and advice about personal finance with high school students of diverse backgrounds and varying knowledge of financial literacy. *Note* This is a very unique project and ask for your understanding and your input. This is a test model of a two-week project, becuase we have teachers in the Topeka area who are interested in doing Telementoring but would like a shorter project model to use. If you have any questions or suggestions in how to improve the two-week model project, please contact Linda, the Telementor Coordinator at LUN@KU.EDU or LUN@topeka.k12.ks.us.
