1 (SCHEDULE HAS BEEN CHANGED) Student: send an introductory message to the mentor about themselves about their personal and work activities and schedules. Share previous classroom work with mentor about current family and professional careers goals and resources


Mentor: Send an introductory message to the student about general information about your family and professional activities and schedules. Include about your addtional hobbies and activties. Share your current family and professional goals and what steps and resources you taken in order to achieve them. Review student's goals and provide addtional resources that may help the student

2. Exchange of personal/work activties, schedule, and hobbies
3. Evidence of sharing personal family and professional goals and collection of resources
2 Student: Share and reflect about the stressors in their family/school/work and how they deal with them and what resources are avaliable to them. What are some potential stressors or concerns that they may encounter in the future as young adults out of high school

Mentors: share and review with student the stressors in your family and work. How do you deal with stress and what resources have you used and what resources are avaliable in your community. Assist in student in planning what are some potential stressors that students may encounter in the future as young adults out of high school and how should they handle them.

3 Students:
share and reflect with mentor about what it means to be a balanced and well-rounded person. When is someone NOT a well-round person. What personal issues or challenges (in the past or in the futre) prevent you from being a productive and successful employee/employer and family relationships? What have you done or are planning to do in order to change that? What other steps could you do?

Mentors: Discuss and reflect with students about what it means to be a balanced and well-rounded person. (Are you a well-rounded person? When are you NOT or when is someone NOT a well-rounded person? What personal issues (in the past or present) that prevented you from being a productive and successful employee/employer and in family relationships? What did you do or planning to do in order to change? What other resources could people turn to if they need help?
1. Evidence of sharing and reflecting the concept of a "balanced" and "well-rounded person
2. Evidence in reflecting and planning about potential personal issues and resolving them
4 Student: finish up portfolio by uploadig final project to mentor with their colletion of resources and write final message.

Mentors: assist student in any final drafts/revision of student's portfoilo and write final message.
