Also begin research about Tanzania and possible ideas/solutions. 2 | Student continues with preliminary research and project ideas. By the end of the week, student should have at least a tentative draft of ideas or plans to their mentor based on their preliminary research. Mentors: continue assisting student in researching background information about Tanzania and possible ideas/solutions to be considered in their final Tanzania document. Discuss the advantages/disadvantages of certain ideas/solutions. |

3 | Student focused in working on their project plans by preparing a rough draft or outline. Students who are creating a lesson/activity follow a diffrent list of requirements and require creativity due the limited access to certain resources by the majority of the people in the Mufundi area. Requirements will be uploaded in the future. Students who are creating a resource guide/booklet follow a different list of requirements, which will be uploaded in the future. Students doing resource guide are required to have at least 5 top resources. Mentors: assist student in beginning a draft of their project as noted in the uploaded document. Note any information that is inconsistent. Review their background information for any errors |

4 | Student continues working on their project plans and improving the content and overall writing and style. Some students may need addtional time to do more research. Upload draft to mentor. Mentor: continue student in improving the content/information and overally writing of the project plans. Determine with student if student needs addtional research to complete the project by reviewing draft. |

5 | *At the end of the project, the submitted final projects will be sent to FoxesNGO.* Students wrap-up by uploading final draft to mentor and send thank-you message. Mentors wrap-up by sending a final message to student with a postive note. |
