Please describe the best part of working on this project with your mentor.
My mentor helped me with figuring out information on my career. He told me things I need to know like high school and college courses. Also, he allowed me to communicate with other professionals, like Dr. Kerber.
I was able to research my job with help.
I loved that my mentor and I both worked together to find out new things about my chosen career path.
The best part was getting to work head to head with a skilled professional, who has figured out her career. I learned a lot about how software engineering really is in the field.
I think the best part of working on this project was the interviews because I was able to receive information about what it is like to actually work in my field.
Learning about my selected field and being prepared for later in life.
My mentor gave me her insight and experience which was really interesting.
The best part of this project was looking up info to use when i get to college.

Thanks to Dr. Armstrong, I do not have any questions from any other academic areas.
I think I struggle in math the most.
I would like to learn better writing skills. It isn't necessary for my job. I would just like to get better in that area

What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
For the next student, the response times could be better. I know they are busy, but they are necessary for this project.
I think to let them know if you would be gone. But other than that nothing to improve on.
She was great and helped me so much. Just continue what she is doing!
I think my mentor was amazing and that the only thing she should do is make sure the student is keeping up with their part. Even though it isn't her responsibility reminding the kid what they should be doing would help keep them on track.

Yes because everyone could use help not everyone is perfect.
This was very helpful but I don't see myself needing another mentor in the future.
I think getting help from any professional is always going to be beneficial.
It will be useful to know everything about my future career.
It was a good experience and I would be fine with doing it again.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
Sometimes, when I needed feedback on a step, he would not respond for a while. Although, it is okay, because I simply continued by myself.
I think the hardest thing was due dates.
The only hard part of this project was making sure I sent a message to my mentor whenever needed.
I think the schedule for when we did things. I dont think I had quite as much time as i needed according to the website. I was always clicking the "no I have not finished this step" button
Communication
Making sure I got all the work done on time and not procrastinating, my mentor was great and I had no problems with him.
Not being able to show my mentor in person was difficult. Also, I had trouble conveying some of my feelings over the computer.
