Please describe the best part of working on this project with your mentor.
That since my mentor is more experienced, she suggested things I would never be able to see myself. It was nice having an extra set of eyes to look at what I had.
When they give you feedback on your project that you didn't originally think of
The help, and the advice.
I would say definitely the best part about working on this project with my mentor was the forming the great relationship between the two of us and connecting through our passion for music.
The best part of working with a mentor was being able to further my development in business knowledge and learning how well the mentors know the material.
The best part of working on this project with my mentor was receiving constructive criticism along with help when I asked questions.
Reid was very informative.
Communicating and getting advice through the project and also with outside factors

Joe gave me great advice on the start up of my company and it was very helpful.

What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
To communicate more with them. There were just many times I sent multiple messages in a row before I got a response.
Be a little more consistent on responding!
Nothing she was great!
I would ask him to continue exactly with how he worked with me. He was very persistent with making sure I got all the correct information and ALWAYS gave the best advice. I say he should just do exactly what he is doing now, it helped tremendously.
No advice is needed. My mentor responded very promptly and with great advice on the project after looking over it.
My advice to my mentor with a new student is keep doing what they have been doing.
Ask them as many questions as possible at the beginning, and to ask for the sections they will be on working on ahead of time. This will give the Telementor time to give longer messages
Push for results from the students
Just keep doing what you were doing because you did a great job!
I would not have any advice to give to my mentor because my mentor was helpful with everything with the project and outside of the project such as college advise.
Bold important areas so when the student goes back and forth to make the edits that you suggested it is easy to see key points.
Be more aware of due dates and what conclusion we are aiming for.
Stay Great
to always be actively involved if the student sees that you're excited it will encourage them to work hard and be excited to work with you
Push your student a little more.

Please describe why or why not.
I did like working with a mentor, I would just hope I get one next time who communicates with me more often. Both mentors I have had had disappeared somewhere in the middle of my project. But what they had to say was great!
They really do help you, it's always nice to have another set of eyes looking over your project
I do not plan on owning my own business.
I think that if I were to make my current business project "Caffeine and Capos" for school are live and thriving business, I would need more assistance in how to balance out all necessary requirements to the entire equation through a long portion of the start-up process.
I would just be worried that past high school, I would not be able to keep up with the telementor program.
They will help financially.
It is nice to communicate with somebody especially if you need help
I would because it's extra help.
I would be interested in having a mentor in college because I feel that I would need extra help to be able to get through all academic areas in college.
They can always help
Because they are a great help
I don't have the time in my schedules
Suggestions and other opinions are always nice because sometimes I can't think of all the possibilities on my own
.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
The communication was not so good.
since it's only online sometimes it's harder to understand exactly what they're saying
Uploading the projects
The most difficult (but all around helpful) parts on working on this project with my mentor was the constant reminders to add/correct my work and to always be researching.
The most difficult part was keeping up with the responses and having to work on the project and corrections at the same time.
The most difficult part of working on this project was on my part when I thought I had posted the message but it didn't.
They are so busy, and not being able to talk to them in person
Sharing links with my mentor
Within the breaks we had a hard time communicating back and forth.
The most difficult part was remembering to message my mentor. With a lot of responsibilities it becomes easy to forget things like this.
Uploading files
Not having the right idea of what we were told to do.
Finding time to message with them
sharing documents never worked perfectly
