I really enjoyed working with my mentor. He was very understanding and helpful of my interests.

What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
It doesn't seem that he'll continue working as a mentor, but if he does, I would only say that he continue with what he's been doing.
Please help them feel better about themself.

I haven't received a mentor in my field of interest both years I was forced to comply with this program. I was even told this year I would get a mentor in the field of art and design, and someone working for Telementor came in to ensure we'd all get mentors in our fields, and low and behold, I did not.
Wasn't really my thing. It was a good learning experience but I don't think I'll do it in the future.
A mentor would allow for greater understanding in any new topic that they work in.
They can help me find a job and succeed in it.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
It was difficult to follow the program since there was very little structure overall. In addition, the overseen nature of the program meant some of the communication was unnecessary in order to meet the requirements.
I was unable to "find" professionals.
not this mentor but the mentor he replaced not messaging me.
Lack of understanding and knowledge in my desired field.
- the strict guidelines of the program didn't give a lot of room for creativity or flexibility
Completing the steps with perfect detail steps.
Some late responses on both ends and no face to face contact.

Yes, you missed how to properly pair a mentor with a student in the student's field of interest. Seriously, psychology is nowhere close to graphic design.
I believe if this was a in person mentoring program it would benefit the student in a greater fashion.
Local mentoring so people can meet face to face.
