Please describe the best part of working on this project with your mentor.
The best part about this program was diving into the criminal justice field. I loved learning about it and learning new things every day.
The best part of working with my mentor was the drive to do things correctly provided by having someone look over my work after I thought I was done. I honestly wouldn't have worked as hard as I did if I knew that someone wasn't going to give inteligent feedback on my submited steps.
Please share any other academic areas where you'd like to receive help from a mentor.
I received help in my communication skills in this project. Having a mentor requires communication skills. So going back and forth with Bev helped a lot.
I would not like to receive any help if it could be helped.
What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
Bev was great. She did an excellent job getting back to me and correcting my errors. If I were to say one thing, just get to know the students better. I think we got to know each other great, which is good. Continue to form a good relationship with all the students.
I would give no advice whatsoever to give as Ann did great and needs no advice.

The most difficult part in this program is just taking the time to do it. It isn't hard work but it takes time.
The most difficult part of the program was not being able to access older parts of the program easily.

I thought that this program was great. If I were to say anything, just put more emphasis on the student's career interest.
