Please describe the best part of working on this project with your mentor.
I liked how polite my mentor was and how at the same time she wasn't afraid to ask me about something she found to be off or strange in my project (like if I put psychologist in one sentence and psychiatrist in the next).

Mrs. Sheryl was so nice and helpful.
The best part about of working on this project with my mentor was that we got to share ideas that benefited my project. We were able to collaborate to make my project unique and thoroughly-researched. I also liked that I got to build a relationship with my mentor and became very close with her.
Learning more about the career I plan on going into.

Please share any other academic areas where you'd like to receive help from a mentor.
Possibly in math because I know in class i'm normally not that great at math even though my 28 on the math portion of the ACT seems to say differently (considering I am a freshman).

I think expanding this program to science and social studies fair project would be an excellent tool for students. It would make the process a little easier for students, however, give them the opportunity to complete a more in-depth project.

What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
Well, Mrs. Michele was awesome and super supportive as well as patient. I guess I would tell her to never change her personality because, like I said before, she was very helpful and offered insight whenever she thought it need be.

Stay the same.
Keep building relationships with new students. The more you know about them, the better you can understand them and their interests, and the better you two can work together.
Provide more help with messages.

Would you be interested in receiving mentoring support from professionals in the future?
1 - No
4 - Yes

Please describe why or why not.
Yes, because this mentor gave me a positive view on the professionals that work alongside with the Telementor program, as did my classmates' mentors.

Maybe if I wanted to pick a different job career, I would have someone focused in that area to help me.
I would love to have mentor support in the future because I feel that it allowed me to explore my interests more deeply than I could have done on my own. I also like the mentor support because it made the work load a little less intimidating.
I prefer a mentor that I can meet and physically interact with.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
Well, my mentor did all she could to help me and respond in a timely manner. So, the only problems I would have would be when the internet was down at my house, which obviously is not something this program could control. When the internet was down at my house it would delay my progress.

I don't remember if there was really "difficult" parts.
The most difficult part, in my opinion, was probably communication on certain things. There were a few things that were very difficult to express in an email. It was also hard trying to really connect with my mentor since all I really saw from them was an email instead of like face-to- face or phone call.
