I think it would be helpful if the telementorship was partially focused on the school work I have to do before graduation instead of just job preparation. While job preparation is important, many students (including myself) are drowning in school work and have difficulties thinking about the future at all.
What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
Lindsay was awesome, all of the main problems in communication are my fault. I would just tell her to keep being amazing!

Adding a telementorship on top of my normal work load was just a little bit much to have on my plate and I ended up falling behind in both. I probably should have quit one or the other, but I don't believe in not finishing something that I start.

Keeping up with the frequent deadlines and since they often built on each other, if one assignment was late so were the following assignments.
