I liked getting feedback and constructive criticism on my project.
My mentor reviewing and giving feedback on the assighnments I upload onto telementor.
She was very supportive and was a huge help.
John helped me really well throughout this project. He reviewed my paper on time and was always quick to respond.
I liked to be able to hesr from a professional on what I should do to improve my project.
Getting quality feed back from an educated mentor.
Michael was not only knowledgable but he was a cool guy to talk to. He helped out a lot with the project and during our down time, we got to know each other on a personal level. Some kids had mentors who were bad at responding, but me and Michael kept messaging consistently which was nice.
He provided great examples of sucessful buisnesses to buisness failures plus he taught me a lot along the way

I do not have any other areas.
Math and science would be academic areas I would like to have a mentor in.
It would be awesome to get a mentor help with math classes, it's nice to have a little extra help.
John helped me a lot and any questions I had he answered. There wasn't any times that I did not receive help. If I had to pick I would say making the paper flow better would be helpful.

What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
to try to communicate back to them as much as possible and time management.
My mentor did a great job overall reviewing my work, I would just advise her to comunicate if she is unable to write back for a while.
Look over the example of the previous business plan when helping with feedback.
I would tell him to do the same as he did with me. It was nice having him as a mentor and I appreciated his help a lot.

I felt a little over-welmed on each topic. He was great at providing information and helped a lot, but it would be nice for that information to be broken down a little better. I just found some things hard to understand when there is so much presented at one time.

Not to Kari but for all mentors, reply regularly. It's very helpful when mentors give frequent responses.

I like working alone and figuring things out for myself, but I would seek for some help if I need it.
I wouldn't because it was harder for me to focus on my business plan and explain what im trying to do over the internet rather than showing them face to face.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
Not getting frequent response back from them it made it hard to continue on with my project without continuous help.
The hardest part was trying to think of something to message my mentor twice a week, because sometimes I didn't really need any help.
You can't explain what you're trying to do over the internet, if I don't even know what I'm trying to do.
Trying to communicate on time because I was always really busy.
I didn't run into any roadlocks with my mentor. Matt was very helpful and always got back to me with good advice.

Sometimes we would be busy and not have time to message back and forth and we would have to go back to fix something later on.
