I enjoyed having her there when I needed help. If I was ever stuck, I always had my mentor there to help me with more ideas.

It would be nice to have a mentor when writing research papers. I often find myself losing sight of the goal and a mentor would most certainly help me find my way and keep on track. It's always a good idea to have fresh eyes on a subject or paper in any circumstance.
What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
My mentor was perfect. She always replied quickly and with advice I could use to better my project. I cannot think of anything that I would change.

This experience was amazing. I found myself challenged when it came to deadlines and finding all the information I'd need. I loved being responsible for my own project, but I always knew that my mentor would be there to assist me. Having a mentor pushes you to be better in a way that simply pushing yourself cannot. I would love to repeat this experience.

Please describe the most difficult parts of working on this project with your mentor.
I always find time constraints difficult. I want to spend days or weeks on a subject to explore it in-depth, but I simply cannot because of the limited amount of time we have together. I wish it could have lasted longer; I would have loved to spend more time together!

This is my second time working with the International Telementor Program. I would happily make it a third time sometime in the future.
