What advice would you give your mentor as he or she works with a new student?
I have no advice for my mentor because she did so well.
She helped me by giving me some sites and taking my survey and giving me info. So I can finish my project and present it to my teacher so my mentor gave me info by helping me find it and do a survey.
Don't change anything and try to show them sites and share information.
The advice I would give is to help them when they need it most!
I would give my mentor advice to help with the research and finding websites.
The one thing I would advice Bev would be is to give the student more advice, because of what she said to be I was able to add a lot more with her feedback.
AS Dave works with another student I would give him the advice to communicate more often and try to ask more questions to challenge the student.
Continue to do exactly what you did. Start off with an idea of how to work, and when you start to know what they want from you, alter it accordingly.
Keep being awesome! I thought Jenny was a marvelous person and she made things really clear. Some advice: Give suggestions. I feel that a lot of this was very independent (which is a good thing) but I would have liked a bit more guidance in what to do next.
I would not give her any advice. She did great!
Some advice I would give my mentor is to be truthful about their presentation or their work.
Some advice I would give my mentor is too get too know the person that you are mentoring more at the beginning
I would tell her That You should work with the student on problem solving.
Probably just to try to be more like a friend than a teacher because some kids will then start to listen to you more because i know some kids that dont listen to more like the teacher part like super strict or like mean. So just try to bond with the student.
I don't have any advice for my mentor. He did a great job and I will always remember doing the Telementor program.
They should ask questions and make sure that the student is keeping up.

My mentor was very open and made me feel free to be open. Normally I am very shy but this new experience really helped.
I would inform her on her advice isn't always on time when I need it.
I would say not to judge them as much in spelling just let them no nicely.
I would first tell my mentor to get to know the student and to find what he/she likes.
I would keep motivating them and work with them every step of the way.
I would just tell her to keep being awesome! Like, as a listener and communicator. She does amazing!
I would give to always ask what's up or what they are doing to get to know them in ways that connect to the project. This will make them get use to you and be comfortable to you.
Some advice is that sometimes students cant always reply that fast, maybe because they were really busy and also that sometimes it can get a little frustrating.
To be just the way you are when you were my mentor and just help out a little with the project and give advice.
The advice I would give my mentor when she is working with the new student is to put in more websites and to make sure that they will open at school so they can work with that website.

Trying to find information and making sure it is correct and then incorporating it into my project.
Getting emails and more Rock stars! I think that this was the hardest because I could have used maybe a little bit more help then I got.
The most difficult parts of working on this project with my mentor was finding websites and books to get research from. It was also hard for me at the beginning of this project to share my ideas with my mentor through email because I don't have much experiance in online communication. Now though, I am better at communicating and sharing ideas online.

Making the final project was the hardest part for me. I wish we had a little more time to do that.
One of the most difficult parts of working on this project with my mentor was trying to make what you were saying in your head, into an email. It is kind of hard because I know what I want to say in my head but when you put it into an email, it doesn't sound the way I want it to.

The most difficult parts of working on this project with my mentor was to figure out where to start on the project.
Tell my mentor what I'm doing and having him check it and revise it. The computer problems and trying to tell my mentor what is going on.
The most difficult part was when I was working on my project and I didn't really know what to do next. When my mentor didn't respond for a couple of days, and I had asked help about the problem, I got a little frustrated and a little scared that she wouldn't reply and/or answer my question and i would be stuck for the rest of the project.
The most difficult parts in this project was finding experts because I only got one that responded and it was hard to find them.
