I got a lot of helpful information.

I liked how my mentor gave me a lot of feed back about my career and i also like how she gave me enough time to respond because of the limited time on computers.

I loved how my mentor and I made such a strong bond. Even though she did not study in the field I wish to go into, we still had a lot in common and she still helped me take the necessary steps toward my goal of becoming a construction manager. My mentor helped make me more comfortable with reaching out to business professionals and asking them about their experiences with their career. She has also provided me with an escape when no one else would listen to me and then found a way to tie it into my passions and interests. Telementor became more than just a class assignment to me. It became a past-time that I looked forward to every day.

the best part of working witha mentor is meeting a new person you do not know from a different conutry of state. i liked it because i got to explain what i want to do. the things that i have to do to accomplish what i want to do and so forth. also she helped me get in contact with professionals and get into some website to help me be the person i want to be.

With a small period of time and a very busy schedule, I don't suppose the mentors have time to give assistance with academic fields in high school.

As a senior we really dont have academic areas we are more for so focused on careers, but i think if they ask we do alot of essays.

In just school in general like with your classes.

I'm not sure if I have other areas I'd like to cover. Every time I needed help with something, I'd ask my mentor. We worked struggles out when I got to them. Sometimes I'd even ask her, "this is where I am...this is where I want to be...this is what I think I need to do...what am I missing?" She helped me organize and think of things that I forgot.

I think my mentor did a great job as a mentor she asked the right questions and she didnt over question me, so i think she helped me out in a lot of ways.

I have no advice for her she was amazing an was always on top of things.

My mentor was awesome! It's obvious she has to be a pro. So there's no criticism what-so-ever. She had a lot of great thoughts for me, but in case she forgets them...she figured out what I wanted to do as a career. That opened up the conversation and I was comfortable talking about myself. Then we focused on how to get there. She told me about her experiences with her career and I realized we had things in common. I told her of the issues I was having that were getting in the way of my goal, such as public speaking and getting past drama. She gave me a lot of great tips and even websites for me to check out. After we accomplished those, we started making contacts. She didn't tell me what to write but she told me what she would want to know or be asked if she was a professional. She even helped me get the highest grade in my class on a class assignment! I asked her, " what would you want to know if you were sitting in the audience while I was giving a presentation?" She helped me to understand that I should get to know my audience. I love my experience while taking to my mentor!

do come off so much as a teacher in a sence of do this do that. ask what would be the best stratgie and ways to get what you need

My mentor was great replied as soon as possible and gave good advice so she should not change anything.

I would tell them to be sure that the student was comfortable with talking to them, and made them feel as comfortable with them as they possibly could.

I would tell them that they should maybe respond quicker or if they can't they should tell the student that something is coming up.
