The best part of the project working with my mentor was when i was making graphs.My mentor helped me understand.It also, made me feel more confident using excel.

The best part of the Telementoring program was the Vocabulary Sort. I think so because it was the easiest activity and that it helped me grow in my knowledge of stock market terms and vocabulary. I think that was the best part of the Telementoring program.

The best part of working on this project was doing the vocabulary sort. First of all, this was the best because we had to search it up on Google. Second of all, I also liked because there was interesting word we had never seen before. Third of all, I liked it because we sort of had to guess. Finally, it is the best because you have a word bank with you to help you.

Mostly because it showed us a lot of the companies stock and how they worked and how much money it went up by or how muck money they lost. Another reason is because we where able to chose what stock we wanted to do research on. In conclusion the graphs where my favorite part of this program.

The best part of working with my mentor was the charts/graphs. She had helped me with the questions I had and she reminded me every three days about my mistakes I need to fix. She also had done some work to make my chart look better. I enjoyed this experience doing the charts and turning them into graphs.

There are no academic areas that I would like to receive help with, but I would probably like to receive help in Technology. From what I know, my mentor knows a lot about technology, so that made a difference in my learning experience. In that case, there aren't any academic areas I would like to receive help with.

Some other class I’d like to receive help from is science. My telementor can tell me to watch science things, like a butterfly hatching from its cocoon. That is another class I’d like to receive help from a telementor.

2. The part where I had to get a little help from my mentor was on the excel spreadsheet with my closing prices with my different stocks. I wasn’t sure if they were the right dates or if I was looking in the wrong place for the dates.

Social studies are another academic area I have trouble with. I don’t get along with anybody in that class and it’s advanced so I don’t really understand it. I have been asking for help but still don’t understand much of it. Longitude and latitude confuse me a lot. Social studies are another academic class that I would like help from a mentor for.

I would like to receive mare help on the math on this project. Out of all the academics in the project, math was the most difficult. In the end, I suggest to provide more help on the math side of the project.

I still think I need help with long division… when it gets up to when you I don’t know add, subtract, or add. That is the 6th step I mean I get every step but not sixth Mrs.Jostes says to keep on practicing. All in all, It’s not much that I need help.

The advice I would give to my mentor if he or she works with a new student is... I would say is "have fun and have a great time." That is what I would say to my mentor if he or she works with a new kid.

Mentors should watch out for the length of the length h of the message not to long not to short. Mentors should watch out for the length because if the message is to long it will make the student to frustrate more with all the writing. Student could also not finish their work because reading the entire message and this could be a part of their grade. This is also bad if the message is short because the mentor would not give to many details. Finally the message should not be too long and not too long.

My advise is to use words that are easier for students to read and understand more of what they are saying. Also they wont get confused much and thing might go a little easier for the students to understand so they can do it more fast and learn a little more. In conclusion that is my advise to the mentors.

I would want my mentor to be the same way he was to me with just a few changes. I would want my mentor to ask more questions about us so that we create a better bound. I would also want him to explain more for example, he would tell me to put down a tittle bar on Excel but he didn’t tell me how to.

I would give my mentor advice about the length of her messages when she has a new student to work with. The messages should be at most ten to twelve sentences each message including lots of detail. In conclusion, my mentor needs to make the length of her messages shorter.

i would say communicate more.The reason i say that is because she didn't message a lot.The next reason i say that is because i had 3 or 4 backup messages.the last reason is because she didn't give much feed back.That's why i think she should communicate more.

This is more from me it would be for him to actually send a message back. I usually had a backup mentor which wasn't always as easy because they all kind of had different advice. Overall that’s about all I would say he could improve on.

The advise I would give to my mentor is to tell him that maybe next time it would be a good idea to write at appropriate grade level reading. They should also maybe try to give links or hints about what website to research on.

In some recent message they put a lot of detail into it, and I couldn’t understand the basic concept my mentor was trying to tell me. I couldn’t get what she was saying so I did the assignment incorrectly. In conclusion, I would suggest that the mentors should level down their messages with the detail just a bit.
