Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
The project was very well managed from both the teacher and MP staff, so I have no suggestions there. The student seemed distracted and out of sorts throughout the project, and her commitment to achieving the formal objectives of the project seemed pretty limited.
Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
The quality of the student's poster was excellent, but it was incomplete when sent to me. More troubling, the student's Career and Education Plan was only about 20% finished, and the most important parts (the Plan itself, with objectives) was not done at all.
Overall experience in the program.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?

Why or why not.
Overall, I've had a great time over the last 17 years of ITP and MP mentoring. The 10% of students who were true "gold nuggets" make all the work worthwhile.
The most rewarding aspect of participating.
Having the opportunity to get students thinking realistically about their futures.
The most difficult aspect of participating.
Dealing with students who are not motivated. That just sucks all the enthusiasm right out of me.
