Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
I think both the teacher and staff did their fair share. No suggestions for changes to future projects.

Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
I spent about half my time providing feedback on the quality of the student's written communications but didn't make a lot of progress. I find that the critical thinking and clarity of presentation skills are suffering in today's students. Any initiatives to grow these two skill sets will make them significantly more successful as they join the workforce.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?
0 - No
2 - Yes

Why or why not.
You never know where you'll make a difference so the more opportunities provided, the higher the percentage of creating "aha moments." I've been blessed by those who made the time to help me so am pleased to pay it forward. Thanks for the opportunity to play even a small part in preparing our youth for tomorrow.

The most rewarding aspect of participating.
Seeing progress in the student's approach to the project.

The most difficult aspect of participating.
Everyone has a lot of conflicting priorities so sometimes had to delay a response more than I'd have liked to do so.
