It is challenging when the students doe not communicate much or do not share drafts of the deliverables they are working on. It seems that some students may not fully understand how to share files, can you make sure that they know how when they start the project?
Darian kept saying he would share some pictures and other things but I never saw any of them.
Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
I did not get to see his final project. From his descriptions, it seems he did a great job but I would have loved to see his presentation and get a chance to comment on it.

Why or why not.
Even if I could have helped more if Darian had shared more information with me, I hope that my presence helped him in some way, and I want to give a chance to another student in a future program to participate in this program by having a mentor, that's why I will sign up again.

Seeing students develop a plan and implement something by putting all their heart into it.

Lack of responsiveness and communication from the student. If he does not share what he is working on, I can't help.
