Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
I was very pleased with the final deliverable.
Student was working on his own end but the suggestions I told him back was not considered seemingly. I even shared him the interview results from professionals he seemed to ignore it. It felt like a one sided conversation. He did some work, but did not paid much attention to my replies.

Overall experience in the program.

Why or why not.
I enjoy being able to mentor a student virtually. It allows me to make a difference with minimal disruption from my daily routine.

The most rewarding aspect of participating.
Knowing that the student appreciated me taking the time to interact and collaborate with him.

The most difficult aspect of participating.
I did get very busy with work during the project and was not able to message as much as I would have liked to.
