Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
Ensure that the students are prepared to communicate with the mentor in a non-trivial manner, and to invest themselves in the process as well as in the potential benefits to themselves. Ensure students understand that mentors are people, not answer machines -- we're doing this for intangible reasons, and need feedback and participation from the students if we're to have any fun.
Honestly I was not entirely sure what is expected from me . It needs to be clearer described as I saw many emails from the teacher but was not sure if I shall intervene or not.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?
0 - No
2 - Yes

Why or why not.
Every student is different, and when I've won, I've won big time!
I like to help and assist new talenst and beloeve in the youth that we need to foster .

The most rewarding aspect of participating.
Overall, the interactions with enthusiastic and bright students who are clearly on their way somewhere big.
To provide some guidance although not sure if this has been taken into considreation.

The most difficult aspect of participating.
Overall, the interactions with bright students who either don't care or who are poor communicators and don't respond to coaching or cajoling.
I guess speaking would be better from time to time.
