Provide a timeline earlier - I was surprised it ended so quickly - however it was a great experience!
I don't know. I got to work with Cameron Shinn before. He was kind of the gold standard.
Marnie did a great job. We'll miss her next year.
It would be great if the GSP started earlier. The time allocated was insufficient to have a truly strong project at the end.
Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
I felt the girls did a great job, especially with their setback of losing their plant in the last week of the project. They were responsive to all of my suggestions. I would recommend a daily student log that is on file for the mentor's review, so more accurate comments can be provided throughout the process.
The students were a pleasure to work with. It is always fun getting to work with youth and helping shape the future leaders of America. I liked their energy and commaderie.
These students were excellent. They learned how to collaborate at about the 3rd week of the project and everyone worked as a team from then on. It was great.
I saw the video but never a written section which is frustrating since I provided information and I don't know how it was incorporated.
Overall experience in the program.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?

Why or why not.
Very rewarding - I was worried about not being a science major and it turned out OK!
I would if I can make time for it in my schedule.
Even though it is frustrating, I feel the sense of giving back to the community in a way that I can given my limitations.
The most rewarding aspect of participating.
The messages from the girls - my whole family wanted to read them!
The kids are great! I love their enthusiasm
Seeing the group come together as the project progressed.
Getting to see that thought process of the students.
Helping the next generation to succeed.
The most difficult aspect of participating.
Not being sure what was happening weekly - not sure if I could have provided more support.
Time managment and getting this to fit in with the rest of the work load
Getting email communications from the students that don't give me anything to react to, coach on or provide direction.
Virtual mentoring is tough to have a "conversation".
Time management on my end.
First time you've been part of a formal mentoring program.
