Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
This student required more guidance that what a mentor could provide. He needed someone on his end to push him to get things done and write more than a token message. I did write to the teacher because my uploads with edits didn't work, and asked him to get back to me. The teacher did not follow through either.

Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
There was no final project as far as I am aware. I did receive a written Action Plan from Joshua which was like a final project. He stated clearly the steps he planned to take to be a carpenter which was great. Up to this moment I wasn't sure which way Joshua was going to go. We had sourced information on several career choices which was quite interesting for me also. The only thing that would have made the project better was if I had known what result Coach Marston wanted from the project. I could have then helped direct Joshua toward that end.
There was no final anything shared with me. The students in this group most likely needed a lot of support, however, the way this program is set up, it requires diligence and follow through on the part of the teacher and students. I was disappointed in that I felt like I was just going through the motions.
