Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
There is a final product in the plan, but I am unavailable after today and haven't seen my student's final product yet. I think the project had a lot of deliverables and fell behind a little early. I find it difficult to reconcile what my student communicates with the one specific communication I received from the teacher. As a teacher, I would: - simplify the communication of the deliverables - provide some brief status to the mentors on whether the students are on track (no further information needed), or off track (and why).

Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
While the project files say there is a poster and a presentation still to be done, my student has already also delivered a final summary of her interview and her personal mission statement and plan.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?
0 - No
1 - Yes

Why or why not.
I think it's a good experience and I need more practice to keep developing as a telementor. I'll look more closely at projects in the future before signing up.

The most rewarding aspect of participating.
I thought that my student made progress in setting her career goals and identifying the steps necessary to get there.

The most difficult aspect of participating.
I was never sure if I was on track with my student based on the project files and weekly descriptions of deliverables.
