Things either the teacher or the Mentored Pathways Staff do to make a similar project more successful.
The site is a little awkward to navigate. Would be better if it was easier to move around.
Adjust your website to add submitting hours (and partial hours) spent on the project since the previous message so your timekeeping is more accurate.
nothing at this point.
you guys are doing a great job!!
The emails from the teacher were WAY too long. A simple "focus on this for the week" would have been much more focused. Not that we don't care about everyone's personal life. Just don't have time to read all of it.
Mrs. Chrismer is a solid teacher in the ITP program. She runs a good project plan for the Business Writing project and she's in frequent contact with the mentors. Nothing really needs to be added.
Provide some feedback on how the mentor helped.
I have no recommendations at this time.

Feedback regarding the quality of the student's final project as well as suggestions for improvement.
Quality was OK.
Didn't see it.
Mike did a great job and has good enthusiasm ... suspect he will be a budding entrepreneur in a short while. His written communication could be improved, though is analytic skills were solid.
N/A - never saw student's final project
I think the student did her best within her capabilities.
Rachel's final project demonstrated a lot of hard-work and thoughtfulness. She writes well and she has a passion for success.
I did not get to review the final project
The student's project was very good. She put a lot of thought and passion into it and it was evident. She just has a few more steps to make her project business a reality.

Would you consider mentoring new students in the future?
0 - No
11 - Yes

Why or why not.
I really enjoy this mentoring. I recommend doing it to all of my peers. I personally get a sense of satisfaction from helping the kids.
It is rewarding to give students an insight into the professional world to help them orient how they will approach the future.
Program is well organized and rewarding
Rewarding. Key thing is finding the time.
It was very rewarding to help the student and give advice.

The most rewarding aspect of participating.
the final project submission. I have seen some over the years that were awesome.
Seeing a student reach that epiphany where they get it and realize things are different than they thought.
Hearing about the students day-to-day (i.e. looking at colleges) and providing my experience/guidance. Seeing the student take my feedback and incorporate it in his project:)
The student appreciating the feedback.
It's enjoyable as a mentor to have a student who is motivated to succeed and who takes his/her class seriously. We as mentors are the most effective with students like that.
I would like to help student's learn.
The most rewarding aspect was giving advice and tips to researching the project

The most difficult aspect of participating.
Some times one of the kids, doesn't want to listen to any suggestions.
I have participated in several courses and had always had exceptional students. This semester was quite different. My student did not participate which is a shame. A lot of missed oportunities. Ms. Chrismer and I did all that we could to get the student motivated and pointed in the right direction. Ultimately it is up to the student to participate.
Having a dialogue is sometimes difficult due to either mentor or student having a bit more going on than usual outside of program.
finding the time to write as much as i would've liked!
Finding the time.
Not knowing if I am helping. It is hard to know how much I should suggest/change of a student's writing.
The most difficult was keeping up with the communications, especially during holiday/vacation time.
