Most professionals are familiar with Stephen Covey's "Seven Habits" material for adults. This project leverages Sean Covey's (Stephen Covey's son)incredible material for youth titled, "Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens". This material has been used successfully by many teachers over the years. To get a feel for the youth you'll be working with, check out this video from last year's project from the same orphanage: http://vimeo.com/43589099
