Participating Mentors:

We would like mentors that appreciate history and be able to share it with students that have special academic and social needs. Also be familiar with good research and communication skills and knows how to use PowerPoint effectively.


To appreciate and relevance of history and a community's past, students will research about a famous Kansan and present to the their peers/group cluster. Also provide the opportunity for students to visit their local Historical Society. Mentors are needed in order to help students improve their research/communication and technology skills.
