Student Outcomes:

Students will read each section and complete tasks with support and advice from teachers and mentor. Students will begin to create a career and education plan toward future goals with feedback from mentors. Learners will ask for clarification on any advice given that he or she may not fully understand to ensure that they are on the same page and are moving forward in the same direction. Learners will take onboard feedback, ensure they understand what is suggested, then begin to create or implement stratigies to put feedback into action on either the tasks, career plan or education plan. Toward the end of each section students will evaluate and reflect on his or her career and education plan and how each habit and mentor feedback has helped clarify this for them. To keep track of this the student will maintain a folder of completed tasks (reflections and answers to specific activities), copies of all correspondence from the mentor, and final career and education plan for review.
