Submitting the following teacher application is the first step in a short application process. Mentored Pathways staff will contact you via e-mail or by phone after you've submitted this application. You'll receive support and guidance to submit a project plan and schedule. After the application, plan, and schedule are reviewed you'll receive an acceptance message or suggestions for modifications that will allow you to be accepted into the program. Finally, you and your principal will be asked to sign and date a teacher requirements contract.
