Invest in the next generation of leaders through Mentored Pathways

Do you want your company to impact future generations of employees? Do you want to establish or enhance a corporate culture of volunteerism? Follow these three easy steps to become an Mentored Pathways corporate sponsor so your employees can begin mentoring today:

1. Appoint two employees to serve as liaisons to Mentored Pathways.
2. Complete and submit the simple two-page contract defining your role as a Mentored Pathways corporate sponsor. (Contact David Neils, Mentored Pathways founder and president, for a copy of the contract; 970-481-9795 or dneils@mentoredpathways.org).
3. Once your company's domain (e.g., mastercard.com) is added to Mentored Pathways's approved domain list, actively encourage your employees to become mentors. Mentored Pathways will supply you with a copy of its logo and information you can use in employee communications.
